Read the inaugural Operations Newsletter. This is a quarterly newsletter published by the Office of Operations to keep the Institute community up-to-date on projects and changes in operations and facilities.
On the Move
The new Office of Communications and Marketing is now located in Building 39. In addition, several faculty have moved into that suite, where the Department of Medical Imaging is located.
Because both doors in the vestibule of B39 are locked at all times, guests should use the directory and phone (similar to that for the Office of the President) to contact faculty and staff personnel. Employees will have to greet their guests at the door.
Building Access Changes
Certain buildings and doors that were previously unlocked now require the use of IHP badges to gain entry:
- Building 34, 2nd floor suite. Students and guests must use the wall phone and directory located outside the suite.
-
Building 36, 4th floor door of West end stairwell. In addition, the door remains locked after 5 p.m. weekdays and during the weekend.
Emergency Contact and Notification Information
All students, faculty, and staff should update their emergency contact and notification information to receive emergency notification, and in case the Institute needs to contact you.
To review and update your information, log on to IOnline. This information is in the “User Account” section. A test email will be sent the week of October 3.
